Services and Payments

Amplify Reach Digital Marketing Services provides branding, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, website development, and other digital marketing solutions. Project details, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in each client’s approved proposal. A 50% down payment is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Payments are non-refundable once work has started, and late payments may result in delays or service suspension.

Ownership, Revisions, and Confidentiality

All creative assets remain the property of Amplify Reach until full payment is received. Upon settlement, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client. Working files, templates, and proprietary tools remain with the agency. Clients are entitled to limited revisions as stated in their package; additional edits may incur extra fees. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information and materials.

Liability and Agreement

Amplify Reach Digital Marketing Services aims to deliver high-quality results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as marketing performance depends on external factors such as audience behavior, platform changes, and competition. The agency will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
